- The minimum age requirement to place orders with Venkru is 18 years, and the lessee/customer must comply with this age criterion.
- Venkru will not be held responsible for any damages or loss of life.
- Venkru reserves the right to deny services to any lessee/customer.
- A 5% cancellation charge is applicable to all orders, and only prepaid orders with online transactions are accepted.
- The customer/lessee assumes full responsibility for the merchandise/product/equipment/vehicle/machine. If there is any damage, malfunction, or theft of the merchandise/product/equipment/vehicle/machine, the customer/lessee is obligated to pay the full amount to Venkru.
- Furthermore, the lessee/customer agrees to compensate for any damages or loss incurred during their possession or due to mishandling of the merchandise/product/equipment/vehicle/machine.
- Venkru requires a document copy (original/digital/photocopy) of the lessee/customer for verification purposes before confirming the order.
- If required, the lessee/customer must submit the original document (e.g., passport/voter ID card/Aadhaar card/driving license) to Venkru, and once the merchandise/product/equipment/vehicle/machine is returned in the same condition, the documents will be returned to the lessee/customer.
- Please note that the actual merchandise/product/equipment/vehicle/machine may differ from its representation on the website.
- In the event of early return, the lessee/customer must inform Venkru at least 24 hours in advance to cancel for the next day and be eligible for a refund. Failure to do so will result in the customer/lessee being ineligible for a refund.
- At Venkru, a day is considered based on a 24-hour calculation. The customer/lessee may return the merchandise/product/equipment/vehicle/machine before the rental period ends, but if it is not returned within the specified time frame, the customer/lessee will be charged for the next day as well.
- For any cancellations, the customer/lessee must inform Venkru at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental period.
- The lessee/customer agrees to promptly return the merchandise/product/equipment/vehicle/machine at the end of the rental period in the same condition as it was received.
- Even for partial day use, a full-day rental fee will be charged, and there are no refunds for early returns. The lessee agrees to pay the regular rental rate for each day until the merchandise/product/equipment/vehicle/machine is returned to Venkru.
- Upon return and inspection, any necessary repairs or missing accessories will be charged at the current rates and billed to the lessee.
- By utilizing our services or renting merchandise/product/equipment/vehicle/machine from us, you agree to abide by all these terms and conditions.
- Violation of the aforementioned terms and conditions may result in legal action being taken.
