- The customer or lessee assumes complete responsibility for the merchandise, product, equipment, vehicle, or machine, and in the event of any damage, malfunction, or theft, they are liable to pay the full value of the item to Venkru.
- The lessee also agrees to promptly return the merchandise, product, equipment, vehicle, or machine at the conclusion of the rental period, ensuring it is in the same condition as when initially received.
- The lessee also acknowledges their responsibility to cover any expenses incurred due to damages or loss of the rented product while it is in their possession, including mishandling or improper use of the merchandise, product, equipment, vehicle, or machine.
- After the return and inspection, any required repairs or missing accessories that were itemized will be charged at our current rates and invoiced to the lessee.
- A full day's rental fee is applicable, even for partial day usage. Please note that early returns are non-refundable. The lessee is obligated to pay the standard rental rate for each day the merchandise, product, equipment, vehicle, or machine remains in their possession until it is returned to Venkru.
- The owner of the merchandise, product, equipment, vehicle, or machine or Venkru will hold the customer's/lessee's original documents (e.g., passport, voter ID card, Aadhaar card, driving license) until the item is returned in the same condition. Once the merchandise/product/equipment/vehicle/machine is returned, the documents will be handed back to the client.
- As an online rental solution provider, Venkru acknowledges that the actual product may vary from its visual representation on the website page. If there is any violation of the aforementioned terms and conditions, Venkru reserves the right to pursue legal action against the defaulting customer or lessee.
- As the owner of the merchandise, product, equipment, vehicle, or machine, I assure you that your documents will be retained solely for the purpose of verification and will not be copied or misused in any manner.
- At Venkru, we define one day as starting from 9 am - 10 am and ending the next day at 8 am - 9 am. While customers/lessees have the option to return the merchandise/product/equipment/vehicle/machine before the designated time (9 am), failure to do so will result in the customer/lessee being charged for the next day as well.
